Clean sheet , uncomfortable beds. We had a family room great space but the bathroom was horrific. Staff was terrific .
its convenient location and decent size family room
poor decor, dilapidated state breakfast poor quality shower room inadequate
The decor was unique and inspiring, the staff were warm and friendly, unfortunately it is a little untidy and could do with a proper clean. Other than that it was ok for the use that I booked for.
The rooms were a little shabby and needed some attention, dripping taps and lack of facilities ie: hairdryer. However if you are using this hotel so that you can travel into London for sightseeing, it is not so bad.
the staff were friendly nd accommodating. The hotel was delightful - a little mid of the mediterrean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a rate which was very good.
the hotel was 10 mins to the tube line and convenient for Wembley. The beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant.
The twin room that I booked was a little small and the hot water was not working. The hotel did resolve this. Also the wardrobe did not have any hangers. We had to pay in advance of seeing the rooms and I felt they did not trust us. The full english breakfast was a little greasy
Staff were absolutely lovely. The garden is amazing we felt like we were abroad so peaceful and interesting mosiacs etc. Our room was perfect with a good size shower. Breakfast was well cooked Definetely would use this hotel again. Lovely to see staff so enthusiastic about their work.
Would have been better to offer pots of tea and coffee instead of instant coffee packets, also in room no milk.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. Great location for wembley stadium concerts.
They only thing was there didn't seem to be much hot water.
The staff were friendly and helpful
In our room only 1 velux window opened about 10cm and 2 didn't open at all. No shower.
Friendliness of staff & very helpful. Beautifully decorated rooms. Let us leave our car there the following day (after checking out) at no extra cost. Will definitely stay again!
the beds were very comfy, staff were very accommadating. The hotel had a magnificant garden and was covered in parts as well. The garden was the main attraction to the hotel as well as the decor of the hotel. The hotel had been designed lovely and the rooms are gorgeous. While we were there they were preparing for a wedding party and it looked beautiful.
The floor boards were very very creaky (room 205) not only could i hear my husband (and him me) walking to and from the toilet i could hear upstairs when they came in late. Unforetunately the room is on a main road so heard cars all night long, the windows dont seem to be double glazing so that was worse. In the bedroom the electric near the tele went out late at night, also the bathroom door had no lock on it and also didnt shut.
Rather quirky and very different for london. Family were very pleasant and helpful. Evening meal was very good even if the choice was limited.
Room was smelly and the hotel generally needed refurbishing.
Location good if you want to stay out side of city, but a 10 minute walk takes you to nearest tube station and easy journey to city centre. The hotel is so unique inside and the lovely outside garden area.We will definitely repeat our visit.
Chris was very polite, pleasant and helpful as were the the staff. room was clean & fresh. the gardens were very welcoming and the bar and dining room didnt dissapoint. breakfast was fine never had time to taste anything else(my fault). only 15 mins away from wembley stadium, not a bad location shops tube & bus stops available.
if im picky. then could of done with more coffee/milk in rooms. mabe updating the hall & stairways looked a little worn/dated. maybe better parking facility(more room)/spaces. little pricier than a couple of closer hotels to the stadium.
We had an amazing welcome when we arrived. Had a guided tour of the hotel which was stunning in a bohemian and ethnic way, hand made tiles, arches, mirrors all adding to a peaceful setting. Room was great! Family rooms usually have a sofabed for the children but this one had three proper beds and a double and was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and held in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff constantly replenishing juice and cake!!will definitely stay again x
we stayed as went to wembley stadium to watch england
noise level from road traffic, had front bedroom, Breakfast not good value, staff were not very organised at breakfast no orange juice, tea, coffee we had to ask
